Founder-operated B2B freight claims workflow

File and track freight loss and damage claims—without replacing your claims team.

Part370 helps business shippers and logistics teams prepare consistent claim packages, submit mutually approved email-eligible motor-freight claims, preserve the transmission record, and monitor carrier-response milestones.

Not a carrier, insurer, law firm, or consumer parcel-claims service. Your team controls every filing and material decision.

Know the scope before documents move

A focused motor-freight pilot—not a claim service for everything.

Part370 checks claimant authority, shipment type, carrier filing method, and evidence readiness before a live backlog is accepted.

Designed for
  • Business shippers and consignees
  • Manufacturers and distributors
  • Eligible freight brokers and 3PLs
  • Motor-freight loss, shortage, damage, or delay
  • Claims the carrier accepts by email
Outside the founding pilot
  • UPS, FedEx, or USPS parcel claims
  • Passenger baggage or personal injury
  • Household-goods moving claims
  • Ocean-only cargo or insurance claims
  • Carrier-portal-only claims in the founding pilot
Deadline indicators are informational.

Actual deadlines can depend on the carrier, bill of lading, transportation mode, contract, shipment facts, and applicable law. Part370 does not provide legal advice.

Document preflight

Know what the review needs before you gather a backlog.

We identify gaps before filing so an intake confirmation is never mistaken for a complete or carrier-ready claim.

Required for review
  • Carrier and PRO or shipment number
  • Bill of lading
  • Delivery receipt or proof of delivery
  • Commercial invoice or evidence of value
  • Exact amount demanded and calculation
Common supporting evidence
  • Damage, packaging, label, and pallet photos
  • Freight invoice and payment evidence
  • Repair or replacement estimates
  • Inspection reports and carrier correspondence
  • Mitigation, salvage, or credit records
Do not send sensitive claim documents before onboarding.

Start with a fit conversation. The approved transfer method, access, retention, and deletion terms are confirmed in writing before live files are exchanged.

A controlled path from backlog to tracking

A practical workflow for the claims team you already have.

Part370 removes repeatable administrative work while keeping professional judgment exactly where it belongs.

01

Confirm fit before files move

We review shipment type, carrier, claimant authority, filing method, and document readiness before accepting a live backlog.

02

Review and authorize the batch

Your team reviews the claim data, demanded amount, destination, and attachments. Nothing is submitted without explicit authorization.

03

Transmit, prove, and monitor

Part370 submits approved email-eligible packages, preserves the transmission record, and tracks carrier-response milestones.

One chain of custody, three distinct events

“We received it” must always say who “we” means.

Part370 separates its own intake record from carrier transmission and carrier acknowledgment so the customer never sees false certainty.

01
Part370 intake

Information received

Part370 has received the batch or claim data for review. This does not mean a claim has been sent to the carrier.

02
Carrier transmission

Approved claim transmitted

The authorized claim package was sent to the carrier destination, with the message and attachment manifest recorded.

03
Carrier acknowledgment

Carrier receipt confirmed

The carrier has acknowledged the claim or supplied its own reference number. This is distinct from a Part370 confirmation.

Each working claim record is designed to preserve a Part370 claim ID, file manifest, transmission history, carrier destination, events, and carrier reference when one is received.

Founding pilot

Start with a defined backlog, not a platform migration.

The founding pilot is a founder-operated B2B service for up to 50 mutually approved, email-eligible backlog claims. We establish the workflow with your team, run the approved batch, and keep the operating record visible.

Straight answers

Know what the pilot is—and what it isn’t.

Who is the founding pilot for?

The pilot is a business-to-business service for shippers, consignees, manufacturers, distributors, and eligible 3PLs with motor-freight claims that the carrier accepts by email. It is not a general consumer parcel-claims service.

What does the $4,000 pilot include?

The flat founding-pilot fee covers onboarding and founder-operated handling of up to 50 mutually approved, email-eligible backlog claims within the written pilot scope. Portal filing, legal work, negotiation, collection, and carrier or third-party fees are not included unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Does Part370 replace our claims team?

No. Part370 handles repeatable preparation, authorized submission, evidence capture, and tracking. Your team retains the judgment-heavy work and every material decision.

What counts as successfully filed?

A Part370 intake confirmation, carrier transmission, and carrier acknowledgment are separate events. A sent message alone is not presented as carrier acknowledgment. The claim record shows which event occurred and the evidence supporting it.

Does Part370 calculate a guaranteed deadline?

No. Milestone indicators are informational. Filing and litigation deadlines can depend on the carrier, bill of lading, transportation mode, contract, facts, and applicable law. Part370 does not provide legal advice.

How should we send live claim documents?

Start with a fit conversation. Part370 confirms the approved transfer method, access, retention, and deletion terms in writing before live documents are exchanged. Do not email sensitive claim files before onboarding is confirmed.

Does Part370 guarantee recovery?

No. Outcomes depend on the evidence, carrier, contract, claimant authority, and shipment facts. Part370 provides an operational workflow and documented record, not a recovery guarantee.
